A Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Volkers, Eric has been serving his client’s real estate needs on Vancouver’s North Shore for over 16 years. His expertise is primarily in the marketing and sales of single family homes between Edgemont Village to the east and Horseshoe Bay to the west.
He has had the privilege of selling hundreds of homes and has also built and run a boutique brokerage, VPG Realty Inc, for seven years. Now, his focus is solely on marketing and selling single family homes of any size and any type.
Eric has spent the majority of his life on the North Shore, with the last 17 years spent in West Vancouver, specifically Bayridge, a neighbourhood defined by its classic West Coast setting, large lots, unique homes, friendly neighbours, and top schools. He shares his home with his wife, two teenage children and eight pets. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, playing hockey, or wrestling with his two bulldogs.
